Product Details
Precision cavity insert block for plastic injection molds manufactured by SkyPu to the customer’s 2D drawing and 3D model. Multiple pockets, ribs and core features are machined in one block for accurate part geometry and stable molding.
- Processes: CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM and sinker EDM for deep ribs, narrow slots and sharp internal corners
- Materials: mold steels and hardened tool steels as specified on the drawing, with heat treatment arranged before finish machining
- Inspection: critical dimensions measured with Nikon and TESA equipment; inspection report available on request
- Supply: new mold components, replacement inserts and repeat orders
