A long precision-ground mounting bar with a row of counterbored holes for socket head cap screws.
- Ground top, bottom and side faces for flatness and parallelism along the full length
- Six counterbored mounting holes on a controlled pitch
- Chamfered corners and edges to protect mating parts during assembly
- Stepped side profile for location against a reference shoulder
Typical uses include guide and support bars in automation fixtures, assembly jigs and die sets, where a long part must stay straight and sit square on its mounting face.
