CNC milling and turning for profiles, pockets, holes, threads, mounting features and complex three-dimensional geometry.
CUSTOM TOOLING PARTS MADE TO DRAWINGS
SKYPU MOLD manufactures custom punches, dies, inserts and precision components for progressive dies, compound dies and other metal stamping tooling. We support new tooling, replacement components, engineering changes and repeat orders for customers worldwide.
Selected critical features can be manufactured to tolerances as tight as ±0.001 mm, depending on part geometry, material, heat treatment and inspection requirements.
Every stamping application has different requirements for wear resistance, toughness, clearance, surface finish and dimensional stability. We manufacture components directly from approved drawings and coordinate machining, heat treatment, grinding, EDM, wire EDM and finishing through one production workflow.
CNC milling and turning for profiles, pockets, holes, threads, mounting features and complex three-dimensional geometry.
Precision wire cutting for hardened components, narrow slots, complex contours and critical punch-to-die geometry.
Electrical discharge machining for sharp internal details, deep features and geometries that cannot be produced efficiently with conventional tools.
Surface and profile grinding for controlled thickness, flatness, parallelism, clearance and final dimensions after heat treatment.
We machine a broad range of materials used for precision stamping tooling. Final material selection should reflect part thickness, production volume, wear mechanism, impact load, required edge life and maintenance strategy.
Heat treatment, deep cryogenic treatment, nitriding and PVD coatings can be coordinated according to tooling requirements. Material certificates can be supplied when specified.
Small terminals, contacts, shields and connector parts often require stable die clearance, accurate pitch, fine forming geometry and consistent repeatability. SKYPU MOLD supports precision tooling components for connector, electronics, automotive and other high-volume stamping applications.
When reviewing a project, we consider the relationship between component accuracy, heat-treatment movement, grinding allowance, assembly datums and the customer’s inspection method.
Tight-tolerance stamping die components require more than a nominal machining capability. The complete process must control material condition, heat treatment, datum strategy, finishing sequence and measurement environment.
Selected features may be supported down to ±0.001 mm. Feasibility is confirmed after reviewing the complete drawing, material, feature size, geometry and inspection requirements.
Downtime caused by a worn or damaged punch, insert or die component can be expensive. We support replacement components from complete drawings and can prioritize urgent production when capacity and material availability allow.
For the fastest review, identify the tool number, component number, material, hardness, coating, critical dimensions and required delivery date. Where a component must match an existing assembly, clearly mark the mating features and inspection datums.
Please provide a 2D drawing or 3D model, material, hardness, coating, quantity, critical tolerances and required delivery date. STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG and PDF files are commonly accepted.
Yes. We machine selected tungsten carbide grades for punches, die inserts and wear-resistant components. Geometry, grade, surface finish and edge requirements should be clearly specified.
Yes. Complete manufacturing drawings are preferred. Please identify mating dimensions, datums, fits and any features that must match the existing tooling.
Selected precision features can be supported down to ±0.001 mm, subject to geometry, material, heat treatment, feature size and inspection method. We confirm feasibility during drawing review.
Yes. Dimensional inspection reports, hardness records and material certificates can be provided according to the agreed project requirements.
Send your drawings, material, quantity, tolerances and delivery requirement. Our team will review the project and respond with technical feedback, pricing and lead time.
