SKYPU MOLD manufactures custom mold components, tooling parts and high-precision inserts for injection molds, stamping dies and demanding industrial applications. We support prototypes, replacement parts and repeat production with tolerances down to ±0.001 mm on selected critical features.
We manufacture parts directly from your 2D drawings, 3D models and technical requirements. Our team reviews material, heat treatment, geometry, surface finish and inspection requirements before production, helping reduce manufacturing risk and unnecessary cost.
Different features require different processes. SKYPU MOLD combines CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, EDM and wire EDM to manufacture complex components with controlled dimensions and repeatable quality.

Material selection affects tool life, dimensional stability, corrosion resistance and total cost. We can manufacture from customer-specified grades and provide material certificates when required.
Selected materials can be sourced from established suppliers such as Daido Steel, Hitachi Metals and ASSAB according to project requirements.
Depending on part geometry, material, heat treatment and inspection method, selected precision features can be manufactured to tolerances as tight as ±0.001 mm. We confirm achievable tolerances during drawing review instead of applying one general claim to every feature.

We are especially suited to projects that require hardened materials, demanding geometries, close dimensional control, replacement tooling parts or reliable repeat production.
Please send a 2D drawing or 3D model together with the required material, quantity, tolerances, heat treatment, surface finish and delivery requirement. STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG and PDF files are commonly accepted.
Yes. We can manufacture replacement components from complete drawings or usable dimensional information. For critical mating features, please identify the required fits and inspection datums.
Selected critical features can be supported down to ±0.001 mm, depending on size, geometry, material, heat treatment, environmental conditions and inspection method. We confirm feasibility after reviewing the drawing.
Yes. Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and other quality documentation can be provided based on the project requirements.
Yes. We support one-off prototypes, tooling replacements, small batches and repeat production.
