What our inspection report records
SkyPu’s QC report brings the part reference, specification and measured results together. The report format shown in our company materials includes upper and lower tolerances, actual measurements, inspection equipment, inspection date and checking or approval fields.
- Dimensional evidence: compare the required drawing dimension and tolerance with the recorded measurement.
- Part identification: connect the record with the appropriate order, part and drawing reference.
- Inspection review: identify the equipment, date and checking or approval information recorded for the inspection.
Identify critical dimensions, datums, units, drawing revision and any required inspection method before quotation. First-article scope, full dimensional reports and additional certificates should be agreed as part of the order requirements.

Protective packaging and identification
Inspect before packing
Check components and complete the required inspection record before preparing the shipment.
Pack parts separately
Use individual bags or protective wrapping to keep components separated and protect their surfaces.
Attach identification labels
Label packages so the part reference and quantity can be matched with the order and inspection documents.
Prepare the shipment
Arrange the protected parts in the shipping carton and include the inspection report. Confirm any special packaging or labeling requirements before production.
Agree the delivery requirements with your RFQ
Send the part number and drawing revision, material, quantity, critical tolerances, inspection documents and delivery destination. If your receiving process requires a particular label, report layout, packing arrangement or corrosion protection, include that requirement for review.
Transit time depends on destination, package size and weight, shipping method and customs clearance. We confirm the available shipping arrangement and commercial terms for the specific order.
