Product Details
Precision round pins, sleeves and bushings manufactured by SkyPu to the customer’s 2D drawing. Used as guide, locating and ejector components in molds, dies and fixtures.
- Processes: CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM and EDM as required by the critical features
- Materials: tool steel, high-speed steel, tungsten carbide or other grades specified on the drawing
- Inspection: critical dimensions measured with Nikon and TESA equipment; inspection report available on request
- Supply: prototypes, replacement parts and repeat orders, packed individually for protection
