Machining Capabilities
Different features require different processes. SKYPU MOLD combines CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, EDM and wire EDM to manufacture complex components with controlled dimensions and repeatable quality.
Precision Grinding
For critical flatness, parallelism, surface finish and close dimensional control after machining or heat treatment.
EDM and Wire EDM
For sharp internal features, narrow slots, hardened materials and geometries that are difficult to produce with conventional cutting tools.
Heat Treatment and Finishing
Coordinated heat treatment, nitriding, PVD coating, polishing and other finishing services according to the part’s application.
Materials We Commonly Machine
Material selection affects tool life, dimensional stability, corrosion resistance and total cost. We can manufacture from customer-specified grades and provide material certificates when required.

Tolerance and Quality Control
Depending on part geometry, material, heat treatment and inspection method, selected precision features can be manufactured to tolerances as tight as ±0.001 mm. We confirm achievable tolerances during drawing review instead of applying one general claim to every feature.

What information is needed for a quotation?
Please send a 2D drawing or 3D model together with the required material, quantity, tolerances, heat treatment, surface finish and delivery requirement. STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG and PDF files are commonly accepted.
Can you manufacture replacement mold components?
Yes. We can manufacture replacement components from complete drawings or usable dimensional information. For critical mating features, please identify the required fits and inspection datums.
Can you achieve ±0.001 mm?
Selected critical features can be supported down to ±0.001 mm, depending on size, geometry, material, heat treatment, environmental conditions and inspection method. We confirm feasibility after reviewing the drawing.
Do you provide inspection reports and material certificates?
Yes. Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and other quality documentation can be provided based on the project requirements.
Do you accept prototypes and small quantities?
Yes. We support one-off prototypes, tooling replacements, small batches and repeat production.
