• Processes: CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM and EDM as required by the critical features
• Materials: tool steel, high-speed steel, tungsten carbide or other grades specified on the drawing
• Inspection: critical dimensions measured with Nikon and TESA equipment; inspection report available on request
• Supply: prototypes, replacement parts and repeat orders, packed individually for protection
