Selected critical features can be supported to tolerances as tight as ±0.001 mm (±0.00004 in), depending on geometry, material, process sequence and inspection method.

What to Include in Your RFQ
Send a STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF or PDF file together with material, quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish and target delivery date. We will confirm manufacturability, price and lead time after reviewing the complete requirements.
CNC Machining Buyer Questions
What determines the lead time for a custom CNC part?
Material, order quantity, critical geometry, tolerances, finishing and inspection requirements are reviewed before lead time is quoted. Include your target delivery date and delivery location with the RFQ.
What quality documents should I request with my CNC RFQ?
If you require a material certificate or dimensional inspection report, state this with the RFQ and mark the drawing features to be documented. Our team confirms the required documentation and inspection scope during drawing review.
